Le Royal Hotel - Beirut Zouk El Kharab

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor had a amazing view. Despite the hotel's proximity to the main highway, the windows and balcony doors were soundproof, awesome for a peaceful and restful sleep. The cleanliness of the room was really good, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was well-equipped, providing a refreshing experience. The hotel facilities, especially the spa, were excellent. I highly recommend the spa treatments, as the service and massages were among the best in the area. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the malls and tourist areas in the center of this city.

During my Easter stay, I was pleased with the hotel's facilities. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely balconies. The hotel itself was well-maintained and had a cute reception bar. the food served at the hotel was really good, especially the breakfast buffet and the lunch at the international buffet. the hotel's location was a key advantage as it was conveniently located between two popular tourist areas, making it easily accessible to various attractions.

There were some aspects that could be improved. the noise levels in the rooms were not adequately controlled.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of the entertainment capital of the Middle East, offering a different ambiance. The view from specific places on the property is decent. The communal areas, like the toilets, are well-maintained and clean.

The staff seemed inexperienced and the service was not up to par with a 5-star hotel.

The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was really good, and it really added to my overall experience. The calm and tranquil atmosphere helped me relax and unwind. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the amenities offered by the hotel. The complimentary cake provided for my anniversary was a thoughtful gesture and made my celebration nice. The friendly and accommodating staff were very good too make my stay special. The hotel also boasted a range of dining options, a spa, an indoor pool, and a water gate, all of which added to the enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Le Royal Hotel for a lovely stay.

This hotel provided us with an exceptional luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre was the highlight, offering an amazing full body massage with professional staff. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room also exceeded our expectations. We felt pampered with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need.

The only minor issue was the breakfast, which had limited varieties. the special diet menus at the restaurant provided exceptional options for those with dietary restrictions.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa, where we enjoyed one of the best massages in Lebanon. This hotel provided us with a luxurious and exclusive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments and facilities such as a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the restaurant served delicious food, including continental breakfast, and a great variety of drinks at the bar.

The only minor issue we encountered was the availability of certain amenities after 10 pm, which was inconvenient as we preferred to use them later in the evening. this did not detract from our overall experience, and we would still recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and facilities.

The view from the room was very nice, offering a amazing panorama of the city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also great, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left much to be desired. I was disappointed to find out that parking at the hotel was not free and had an additional charge.

The hotel team was incredibly hospitable and kind, offering us a free upgrade and a complimentary cake to celebrate our 4-year wedding anniversary. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a very nice view over the city. The hotel's location and scenery are breathtaking. We also enjoyed the amazing infinity pool and jacuzzi at the spa resort. a great experience!
